Zhejiang Huachen Power Machinery Co., Ltd. (“Huachen Power”) is a private enterprise that incorporates automobile parts design, manufacturing and sales. Established in 2012, Huachen is located in the Paojiang Industrial Zone of Shaoxing city, Zhejiang Province.

 

With over 150 employees, the facility occupies 50,000 square meters and has 3 workshops dedicated to die casting, machining and product assembly respectively. Company owns over 150 sets of state of the art digital machining and CNC equipment imported from US and Japan, along with 24 die casting pressing machines of various tonnages and other highly advanced, reliable inspection and test equipment including X ray spectroscopy, tri-coordinates measuring device, spectrum analyzer, etc.

 

Annual capacity has reached 3 million units on automobile steering cases and 1 million on air conditioning compressors.

 

Since its establishment, Huachen has been following ISO/TS16949 standards, focused on developing and producing auto parts of high precision, high reliability and environmental friendliness. Huachen has established business relationship with FIAT, ThyssenKrupp AG, Changan Automobile, Youngman Automobile and Hubei Henglong Group.

 

Huachen also established research relationshp with top tier Univeristy institues including Zhejiang University, Tongji University and Hefei Mechanical and Electrical Institute.

 

In 2015, Huachen won the provincial award of “Leading Technology Orientated Small to Medium Enterprise”.
